Our quaint, clean, very peaceful, private,
brown shingled, three story, old-fashioned watertower
has been recently charmingly renovated
to accommodate guests.  
It sits near the main house on four acres of meadows
surrounded by redwood trees.
The property is approximately 12 miles from
the romantic town of Mendocino
in a farmy, coastal setting.

The ground floor has two walls of windows looking out unto the
majestic redwods and quiet meadows with a warm wood stove.  It has a dining area, a small kitchen area, a full bathroom, a living area with an old fashioned looking gas log heating stove, VRC, CD player,  and a sleeping alcove with a king sized bed. 

The second story is a sitting room with with a writer's desk, rocking chair and a balcony amid the trees, 

The third story has a loft with queen sized bed.

There is a hot tub on ground level overlooking the meadow.

Prices: The Watertower rents for
 $125/night from October 16 – March 30
and $135/night from May 1 – October 15, plus
11% county tax.  $65 cleaning fee per visit.  Deposit required.  
Sorry, no pets, no smoking.
